I need a match making app for my business with recommendation, reviews, and matchmaking community. I need development of app, as well as doing research for recommendations for U.S.. After launch, a continuing relationship of maintenance for six months included. After launch, I will need an on going relationship to continue researching and adding to resources APP offers. The ongoing can be negotiated on a monthly basis aside from app development.
If your not into research/monthly blog writing...I will hire someone else for that role. Preferably you are interesting in both aspects, but if not collaboration with researcher/Blog writer to add to app is still a must.

My initial budget for the Bones of this APP is clearly stated. DO NOT BID ON MY PROJECT IF YOUR PLAN IS TO INCREASE YOUR BID after I engage with you. After a positive relationship is established and the work is successful, a second phase can be negotiated for maintenance and further needs.
