Thanks again for your great work on the test qualitative analysis.
I have another piece for our client, which is a Government agency in Australia that looks after our national election (AEC - Australian Electoral Commission). They are hoping to create a positive culture by developing coaching skills in their managers and leaders. The organisation is hoping to improve performance of staff and improve staff development and support.
Future training participants were sent an online survey to help us design a training program (to help them coach). We did a survey with 10 questions (and 106 responses) asking them about their experiences with coaching, their needs, constraints etc.
Would you be free and interested in the next week (by 28 April) to analyse each of the questions, using the same method that you used for the test exercise? If so, we'd love to bring you back on board.
Note that I have attached a PowerPoint template that we will use as the final report. We'd like you to complete slides 8 - 40 (adding and deleting slides as you see fit) to look at the key themes that are emerging in the survey. The deliverable will be the summary on the PowerPoint slides. (Let me know if the version attached is incompatible, however). Feel free to add anything else that you think could enhance AEC's understanding of the results (we loved the word cloud, for example!). Don't feel constricted by the number of slides or formatting.
I have attached an excel data set. My PA, however, is putting this into a much more usable version for the person working on this (including bigger font; word version; one question per page for printing etc). We've unfortunately had cyclonic storms here in Sydney and have all been sent home early today, so she didn't get to finish this. I can send through by (our) tomorrow morning. I attach the original version so that you can make your decision on taking up the job offer.
I am happy to chat further or provide advice at any point if you wish to proceed.
