Research analyst for telecommunication policy issues in South Korea

You will research, analyse and develop reports on policy topics, political trends, processes and regulations related to ICT and telecommunications policy areas in South Korea. You are required to commit 4-5 hours every two weeks, and will be remunerated on an hourly basis. The part-time role is for an initial term of three months, with possibility of extension. Desired skills and experience Essential Fluent in English. Fluent in Korean. Strong writing skills. Ability to analyse and produce insights on policy/political/economic/social issues. Bachelor’s degree in related areas. Intermediate skills in Microsoft office and other publishing platforms. Effective time management skills. Desirable Graduate degree or candidacy for graduate degree. Experience in technology industry. Genuine interest in technology policy. Interest in international trade, politics, business and market trends. Consultancy and/or technology policy experience. Experience with Asian policy issues.
