Simple form - Cloudforms / ManageIQ, Ruby, REST API, Active Directory

I have a static Cloudforms form and I need you to develop the dynamic part. The form is a user management form. 1. The first field has to query an API and to populate the second field with the results. Once the second field populated, the user can choose one value that queries an API to populate the third field. Once populated the third field queries an Active Directory to populate a table with the user permissions to different tools. The user can change the permissions thanks to the form. 2. Three types of permissions: None, Admin or regular User. When the user choose None a field is refreshed to update the permissions tools values to None. Similar behavior for the admin rights
