LEAD GENERATION AND APPOINTMENT SETTINGS SALES ROLE You will be representing an Australian IT Services and Solutions Company called Freedom Technology Solutions trading as FTSglobal ([login to view URL]). TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE: • Telephone Sales Experience • Understanding of the traditional sales cycle, even though you will only be required to: [1] qualify prospects [2] identify a need [3] generate interest [4] set an appointment • A solutions-based consultative sales style (NO pushy sales tactics) • Excellent lead generation skills [1] that would come from a variety of sources including your own personal and professional social networks as well as traditional business directories. • Excellent time management and organisation skills • Be sociable, friendly and likeable with an excellent phone manner • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Be disciplined, driven, motivated and determined • Know how to use a windows computer, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and some experience with Sales CRM solutions (Microsoft Dynamics CRM ideal) • Have experience making appointments with decision makers in small to medium-sized organisations Ideally, you have an understanding of Information Technology Solutions and how an organisation can benefit from a well implemented and managed solution (see our website for information on the IT solutions we provide [login to view URL]).
