The most **IMPORTANT** thing for you to focus on, especially in your niche is branding! Here is the process I that I would take if hired. I wrote a long answer and ran out of characters allowed so I had to shorten it. 1) Creating content to use for marketing ie: video, photos, blog posts, etc 2) Create a lead magnet which is a piece of content to solve a problem for your target audience. IE: video course, webinar, step by step list, etc 3) Build a funnel to distribute it in exchange for information. Here we can split test between just getting the lead and qualifying the lead to try an get an appointment immediately. 4) Optimize the thank you page which comes after they opt in. Split test between trying to schedule an appointment and just saying thank you. We'll catch them later anyway. 5) Build an email sequence to follow up. Deliver value then offer an appointment. Potentially send them to a pre-qualifying form. 5) Build FB/Instagram/etc ads to drive traffic to funnels/blog posts 6) Re-target traffic that didn't convert with more useful content to squeeze out more leads. I started as a Customer service representative and a Technical support representative from year 2010 to 2015 and decided to work from home from different clients in USA and in UK.
