As a Lead Generator/Appointment Setter, you will be a pivotal part of our team by establishing and developing relationships with prospects. This position is responsible for qualifying and generating new sales leads. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential. You will be scheduling over the phone conference meetings for Sales Representatives to follow up with. This position is 100% phone based and you will work remotely. please don’t apply if the phone scares you. 3+ years’ experience in phone sales is required. We are looking for someone who is professional and kind on the phone and is not afraid of the word "No". Persistence is key in this position, you will have a quota of calls per day and quota of scheduled meetings per week. You will be using a VOIP system and will be calling, leaving messages. You will be responsible for being very organized and following a specific schedule and program with the people you are calling. Scripts will be given but I would also like you to be natural. Fluent English is a must. This position is remote so you can work from anywhere, however, you must work Eastern Standard Time hours. Job Type: Part-Time - Flexible, 20-27 hours per week. You will have a strict sales goal of setting a certain number of meetings per week. 3 week trial period will be given. Must have own phone, headset and computer with high-speed internet.
