setup a VPS to send/recieve emails

Hello,

I have a vps that I need to use to send/receive emails. currently it is not installed with any OS/mail server etc.

All I need is a functionality to be able to connect (send/receive emails) to VPS using outlook express. I plan to do this for one domain as of now. However, ability to add multiple domains will be preferred.

Just to summarize it - I don't wish to host any website or any application except using it to send and receive emails using Outlook.

Would prefer to award this to someone who can do this for a right price and be able to start immediately.
