Due date: Time is money, please propose the time needed to see the result. We will choose the least time needed bidder with the best credentials. We do not concern about how many days needed to work on. We only concern when the result can be seen. And payment is paid upon the result. If you can proposed a even higher ranking position, we will be highly interested.

Once the schedule is proposed and accepted by buyer. The provider should follow strictly to the schedule with no tolerance. Otherwise, we will pose the project again and seek for a capable freelancer.

Provider requirement:

1. We want a honest guy. Bidder with 100% positive feedback will be first considered. Win bidder should work within all Yahoo and Google's guidelines becasue we want to stay long in the industry.

2. Accept bidder with at least 5+ feedbacks. 30+ feedbacks will have advantage.

3. Send your own web site url to us by PM. We will check your ranking in Yahoo and Google for your keywords. For bidder we strongly interested, we will write an email to the email address listed in the web to confirm the web owner's identity.

4. No adult link or those bad site links (those abusive subject links..)

Payment:

1. No down payment. No escrow service. 30% of payment will be paid when all keywords picked by the provider listed in the top 50 in either Yahoo(most preffered), or Google (secondly preffered)orgainic search result in general search engine setting such as English language, US region...Our main market is US residents.

2. The rest 70% payment will be made when the goals of the THREE keywords are reached.

3. We want to do long term business with you. We need someone to keep us in the high positions and reach the higher ranking in the future. We want the same guy to do our SEO maintainance if we are doing a happy project this time. Budget about 30% of the current project EVERY MONTH (Of course, only if you are willing to with us).

4. Paypal only.

5. Only bid on the job if you agree the above payment terms. No negotiation for down payment or escrow service.

6. Result oriented. No excuse.

7. All the cost involoved in the project(actions decided by win bidder) will be at the win bidder's cost. We only want to see the result and pay the agree price in this project. We will not instruct you how to do as long as no harm to our domain and reputation.
