Powerapps Patch Function help

I need help to figure out why my Patch Function is not working with Microsoft Powerapps. The intention is to get data from an existing sharepoint list, then once the person clicks on Edit to edit the item, they will see my powerapps form with most fields pre-filled in and only 2 new fields to be filled in. Once the person clicks on my button, the button should not Edit but actually Create a new item in my sharepoint list. I’m using Patch but getting an error saying that the field does not match the expected type Hyperlink. See attachment. Please note that I will NOT be able to share or create credentials. You will have to tell me what to type and I will try. Thanks
