Get my facebook retargeting to work

My site is built using shopify and I have installed the pixel and checked the facebook pixel helper - it is firing - it is also firing on the business manager but when I create a dynamic advert -it gets disapproved and I get the error.
I am selling herbs not housing but I have housing on my homepage banner. Could that be the issue. Only bid if you can get my retargeting ads to work for my site.
