Update Shopify homepage with custom graphics and parallax animations

Hi. Firstly, I will only consider people who have actually read all of the information below. I'm looking at having my homepage re-designed. I specifically want a parallax animation added ( not a simple one ). My business involves making and selling custom star wars lightsabers. What I need: A lightsaber that is only just visible in the background with a faint green/blue light emitting from it. As you scroll down the lightsaber comes to the foreground. Scroll further and a lightsaber blade appears and fits into place into the lightsaber hilt. It then lights up from the bottom up as you scroll making a background humming noise like the real lightsabers. This is just half of what i need. You must be able to make the graphics for this project too.
