Build from scratch and organically grow Instagram, Facebook and Twitter accounts

*** Please do not apply if you only sell ad services *** We are looking for someone creative and skilled to build from scratch and organically grow our Instagram, Facebook and Twitter accounts. We have a boutique e-comm brand of home decor items that will be launched in about 8 weeks. The current objective is to grow our following on those accounts and create excitement for our upcoming product launches (there will be about 30 products launched at once). Once the launch phase is over the objective is to keep growing our follower base and to keep existing followers engaged so they can become customers and repeat customers. All this should happen without looking like a pure sales platform, There should be a fine balance between providing content that inspires and provides value and showing off our own products. Instagram and facebook shopping should also be integrated (but we can do this if you can't). Basically we are looking for someone who is creative and experienced in launching visually appealing products via Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. We have a large pool of product images (both on white background and as lifestyle images) available for our own products, these might need to be adjusted for each platform and to create a branded 'uniform' look. No ad experience is necessary at this stage as we plan on having someone separate do this. If you do have those skills too then great, we can talk about that later, however, please don't apply if ads are your only skill.
