Develop Facebook football game (APPLICATION)

I am looking for professionals to develop Facebook football game to be added on our Facebook business page. The game must be related to 2014 world cup and fully branded with our logo and messages. The idea is as follows: - To develop an interactive game for our fans and the one who generate the highest number of points at the end of the month will win a prize. - To involve fans and friends of fans in the game. It could be a multiplier game. - To collect players personal info such as name, mobile number, email address, friends, likes .. etc. - Fans can still play the game after the end of the world cup. - Players can see the highest scores of the first ten players. - Should work on all devices (PC, Tablet, and Mobile). Notes: You must provide me with a convincing and interactive idea to be considered for this project. Bidders idea must be creative and they must have extensive experience in design and coding.
