Hello. I can make such application using Skype API, if "Allow - Deny" message (at 1st time app startup) is not a problem. Приветствую. Могу реализовать Ваш проект, используя Skype API, если не смущает сообщение "Разрешить - Запретить" в скайпе (при первом соединении).
