We currently account for our equipment/inventory using spreadsheets. These are good, but getting too large and slow to recalculate. We have made a basic start, but require help to speed up the setup/implementation process. We will require a good knowledge of MS Access, setting up tables, relationships, generating reports, calculating values based on currency fields. A week or two in we will require help to setup data entry forms (so staff without MS Access knowledge can input invoices etc), and the ability to send documents by email to suppliers (eg - purchase orders). This will be a one in all Access Dashboard.

Hi, We can change your excel sheet to Access Database, but I am afraid it will be very slow and it is not available online. If you use Mysql with PHP you have a lot of options to do like you can see it online Have a login to access Secured with Passwords More reporting tools More Screens to see And much more I mean it is not that we cannot do in Access but there is a limiation and if you by mistake delete the file also it cannot be retrieved I can work on both but please think of a global presence and scalability and it will help in the long run Best regards, Shakthi TG
