Build a Summary of PDF documents

Hello and thank you for your interest in my project! I am a currently working on developing software for a personal project to help my small business. I, however, cannot wrap my head around PDF's. I need someone who is very familiar with PDF's and the Java programming language as this is what the rest of the application is written in. Your task will be to read a PDF into java and store all the chapter/section headings with a summary attached to them. Each section heading will not begin the same way so its best to extract the bold headers. After you have the titles of the section I need the first and last paragraph of each section too. I hear pdf box is a great tool for this! To be clear your task is to extract the section header, and the first and last paragraph underneath it. If a section only has one paragraph, it should not repeat twice. If a section only has two paragraphs please include the whole section. You can output this data to the console or you can export it to another pdf/ text document. Please only bid if you are familiar with PDF format and Java. The program must be written in java! Thank you for your help! I have uploaded a PDF that I would like you to work with. I have a $40-50 budget! Bonus will be given if completed in 1-3 days!
