"Cliniko" API interaction - And Digital consent form generation.

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed . Im looking to develop a digital consent and basic patient details form which will interact with the Cliniko API as outlined here [url removed, login to view] The digital consent form should at best, upon completion, create a new patient record and populate basic patient information in cliniko. At worst when completed, this should automatically push as PDF to the "attachments" function in cliniko. Cliniko can be downloaded as trial for free - this would enable potential developers to explore its functionality. If the latter option is chosen, then there must be a way to automatically "push" the PDF into the correct, existing, patient file. This could be done by surname, DOB and Address.
