code snippet: create javafx stage movable and resizable in a snap-to-grid way - tiny project

environment:

java 8, eclipse, maven 3, javafx controller & fxml

job to do:

create a fake content stage app movable and resizable in a snap-to-grid way.

That means: the stage window is moved by steps of 40 pixels (defined as constant) and resized by steps of 40 pixels, vertically or horizontally depending of mouse move on the monitor screen.

Tests and acceptance will be carried out on multiple screen computer.

This code snippet is going to be reused into a larger app.

This window behaviour on screen can be compared as power point object moves and resizes when the snap-to-grid mode is turned on.
