Create a small desktop application in Python

Need you to create a desktop apploication that will allow user to submit an application form, get the photo captured from the camera, get the biometric thumbprint from the scanner, allow user to record his voice sample through the attached mic, capture some document images from the second camera. After a successful registration you will use an api to send a confirmation sms and email, and also print an acknwoledgment on a thermal printer attached to the system.
