Hello, Reviewing your attached documentation, I know it is a RESTful API Web Service. So data request and response would be in JSON format. And considering you are using DigitalOcean as web host or cloud/vps host, then a PHP script I will write for you would be feasible enough for this purpose. I have my own Digital Ocean Droplet, so I could use it for development purpose. Then once the testing well done, it would be easy to place on your account as well. Let me know the detail of API Web Service. Probably a sandbox account in case it requires an oAuth or HTTP authentication you could provid for me, if any. Let me know

Hi there, Your requirements are quite clear and straightforward to implement. The tool will basically consists of 3 parts. A function that can be run as a cron job which you can set easily with whatever interval you'd like, one time fetch to collect historical records and a clean UI where you can filter/select the records you want to create a dataset to export as an excel file. An entry level node on digital ocean would be more than enough depending on the data size to handle. Also, I assume this tool will not be publicly available. As a result there won't be many users using it at the same time hence resource requirement would be minimal. I'm planning to use LAMP stack. I'll set everything up if you order a node from DO. I expect this to take 5 days at most, much likely it'd be ready to test in 3, thanks.
