Develop a software development project plan

Our business provides registration services for Australian businesses. One of these services is Australian Business Number (ABN) registration. Our current processing method is manual, via a web form located at [login to view URL],-Super-funds---Charities/Applying-for-an-ABN/ There is an API solution available for automated registrations. This will be provided to the successful bidder. This project is NOT a request to quote development of the API solution. – it is a project planning and business needs analysis. For the first phase, we want a developer to review the API, understand our business needs and produce a detailed project plan for developing a solution around the API. Deliverables from this work: - Review of the API solution and provide a summary of key constraints, decisions, requirements we need to consider before undertaking development; and - Produce a detailed project plan for developing an end-to-end solution around the API, detailing required resources, skills and estimated timeframe to complete At the end of this project, we will seek quotations from suitably qualified developers to deliver on the project, based on the project plan.
