ESP8266 broadcasting SSID contaning analog and IO state 10min interval

Hi freelancers, I need quick development on ESP8266 , can use open Espressif’s IDE for development. I need a ESP8266 when powered, starts AP mode using 802.11b 11Mbps(to give more range, or maybe lower rate to more range. need tests) and broadcast SSID containing a message including analog and IOs states, dynamic SSID i call it. Message SSID can be sensor#001,variable=80,IN=0101 For start only monitor analog in and 4 inputs. The sequence is power up, setup AP 802.11b, broadcast SSID containg data above, stays on 2min, than goes to deep sleep for low power consumption. After that wake up every 10min and broadcast the message with analog and four inputs during 30s (maybe need to ajust this time variables) I will need the firmware ready to uplod to esp8266 and source code. I will pay $50 for this job, but if good job I will need more development for a network of sensors and actuators. So $50 at begining and you will be choosed to get next tasks.
