File transfer program

I think i covered every thing in this description.. Tried to be as detaild as possible. Two files: server and client Server get multithread connection. From server i can transfer files. See directories and files on client pc, and run them. Need to be able to run exe files, and maybe bat/vbs/js scripts. Upload/Download And execute Client: get installed on another pc silent. Meaning there will not be any window opening and wont get false detected by anti virus. Will be auto start when windows startup. Will work on xp/7/8/10 How it will transfer files is up to you. I could setup filezilla server and have client download and upload from there. The pass will be configured to client in the source code. Or it could down/up with buffer transfering if its better in terms of staying undetected. Connections: I will install client on sevrel pc's so it should be multithread. I need you to comment in source code where i can put ip and port incase i would want server to be installed on another pc and have client point to there or use another port. If i can use ddns instead of ip that also great. If i will have the option the change the client name every time(the process name like it appears in process list) before installing that will be good. So it wont use the same name on every pc. I need it to be stable and work with Right to left languages both clien and server, so if you could do that in any lang, do it with the lang you prefer but maybe not with python cause the exe will be big. I think .net will be good choice. I had problems with native programs and how they work on hebrew/Arab OS.
