Help me create a front end UI for a data science project (python sql backend).

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using Python. Need assistance in a data science project using Python, SQL and creating a UI. I am a data analyst making a sort-of career change and have learned Python and SQL during a 10week intensive. During that time I also learned basic html css bootstrap JavaScript angular JQuery and Django. I need big picture guidance on how I will specifically create a front end that calls upon my data analysis in the backend, so who I hire needs a full-stack with excellent python and sql skill. This would not be nearly as time intensive as it sounds, I’m thinking 2 hrs on a video chat plus some code writing.
