Help with creating .dmg file on MacOS (Qt5)

I have created an executable applet with this instruction.

It's running and works well when I run ./seafile-applet.
Now I need to create a .dmg file so that I can install this application.
Steps to do:
1. recreate ./safile-applet
2. create .dmg file that is working as expected - you can download already compiled and working version here: [login to view URL] to verify.
3. write instruction on how to do it
4. once I can recreate the steps and it works, the task is done!
