Java to Python w/ Modifications

Hello I have over 2 years of experience with Python and over 7 years of experience with Java. Also, I have good experience with converting code from one programming language to another programming language. I use manual conversion, line by line, and I check in debugger how new code works. Also, I have installed TeamViewer on my machine I have few question: 1) What is volume of Java code to convert? It's not my final bid, final bid depends on how much ode you need to convert and how your code is complicated. 2) Do you care about performance? Rather python code would work slower, maybe even much slower. Is it issue for you? Thanks.
