odoo SMS Gateway Module integrator

Hi Devs, I'm looking for odoo Developer that develop , Deliver , and test odoo module that utilize an SMS Gateway with below requirements: 1. Module have a Configuration with following : - Gateway link . - Key & Pass Parameters. - Configure Open Text as Thank you letter in 2 Languages (Arabic & English ) = 2 Fields. - Open text should be visible to Enter Key word to Substitute with Customer Name Example "Dear [Contact] , Thank you for Making Purchase at our store." --> "Dear Joe , Thank you for Making Purchase at our store." - Drop list for Preferred sent language . - Etc as specified in Gateway attached document. 2. should send an Thank you letter after costumer makes sale in POS System (Arabic + English in same letter). 3. Should Send an Thank you SMS After costumer makes Confirmed Sale Order . 4. Should Send SMS with Each Due Payment or Invoice issued with outstanding .
