Python programmer - extension and optimization of project

I explain briefly roughly what exactly. A browser game - [login to view URL] There I have a finished project which was written by a friend some time ago and was handed over to me. Since the person but lacked the game understanding are some Automatissmen not optimal and therefore I am looking for someone who optimizes this (through my game KnowHow). If all this works to my satisfaction, I would like to have some extensions. 1. An automatic building list, this builds all the planets intelligently by indicating in the code how the planets have to look. However, here are a few little things and the priority list would have to be changed slightly. 2. Research - here exactly the same as described above. 3. inactive farms - here the "bot" scans all inactive in the universe and simulates these battles, then attacks them with transporters. Here the same would have to be created again only with another type of ship. 4. A shipbuilding list which should also run automatically according to a given pattern. 5. A scanbot that scans all active players in the universe and as soon as they find something (what you defined before), send an SMS directly out. 7. An interface to control the whole thing only via the terminal, but nice Clearly. Points 1-3 would be the adjustments, the others optional if I was satisfied with 1-3. If you arrive satisfactorily to point 7, the whole thing would go on for a few more functions. That would be my rough idea first.
