VBA macros and Python programmer needed to fix the unfinished (never functioned) and fully paid application, developed by other Freelancers. The job is data mining of a specific site. We are registered members of the site hence totally legal. The results are to be exported to Excel file with search capability. The job will only be paid upon full functionality and proof of the same. The developer must conduct tests and show proof that the application is performing as designed and expected.
The site has around 20,000 pages with 22 data fields in each page. We want to be able to search for A keyword or Several keywords on OR basis and or occurring all together basis, in any page.
We also want to set an amount range option while searching for keywords, as every page mentioned above has an amount field.
The results are to be exported to an Excel file. We are open to any proposal, developing a new tool other than Python or VBA macros or fixing the existing tools/codes we have.
