Realtime data to Amibroker and Metastock

I need complete solution for programming a client server architecture to feed nse data feed to client.

1) managing client subscriptions monthly/yearly

2) for license using client machine id which is not altered even by formatting

3) Data in METASTOCK FORMAT AND SUPPORT trading softwares like METASTOCK and amibroker

4) Auto back fill of missing days data before app start

5) streaming of data even in 256kbs internet speed

6) base time format as 5mins & 1min

7) fetching of data simultaneously from multiple trading terminals like Nest trader,Odin,TTadv....

8) auto backuping data every hour,day and week ,uploading data to server thru ftp, {along with your bid mention the appropriate server confi needed for you to support 100 clients}

9) full source code to be given to us.
