Record from Website and Export to excel with specific formatting that changes each time

Record information from a website that requires selecting different forms.

Each page will have a list of things that I need recorded.

I need this program to export all information to an excel spreadsheet. (in the format that I provide)

*I need all of the information to be highlighted in green, but if there is a change from the previous file then I need it to be highlighted in red* <-- This is a huge part of what I need.
