SaaS uptime monitor

I need a service built that competes with these guys: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] So it needs the following: * Basic user registration/authentication with google/facebook/twitter SSO + lost pwd functionality. * Stripe/Coinpayment/Paypal payment integration for billing * Twilio or Nextmo integration for SMS / Phone Call alerting * Postmark / SendGrid integration for E-mail * Referral link generated for each users that gives X tokens per referred and e-mail verified user * Service needs to be deployed on one server, but able to also work with installations on other servers to get multiple locations to ping from. The website should offer the following features: * HTTP(S) + SSL + Port monitor * Heartbeat monitor (push webhook / rest API) All monitors should be configurable at intervals that can be set per check 15 second, 30 second, 45 second, 1, 2, 5, 10, 15, 30 min, 1, 6, 12, 24 hour It needs to bill in tokens, so one action is 1 token, except for SMS/Phone call that should be able to set an amount of tokens. Each registered and email verified user starts with 10.000 tokens UP or DOWN Notification via email / text /phone call Back-end need some basic reporting such as: * Number of users registered * Number of monitors created * Number of checks performed (to display in a widget on the main page)
