scraping - alter MTA info - nltk

I need a python script that will download info about Traffic Alert in NYC from the following website and then store it in excel format. Here is the link with the data [login to view URL] The freelancer also needs to be able to extract info from a string (using NLTK or similar). For example: from the string "M104 bus service has resumed following earlier Con Edison Work on West 41 St." , the scripts has to collect info about the line affected [i.e. M104] and any geographical info contained in the text (in this case "West 41 st") Below you can find an example of the expected output [login to view URL] For example: From the string "M104 bus service has resumed following earlier Con Edison Work on West 41 St.",
