I haven;t use the bandwidth com provider, and as they have a dedicated interfacing software (an API) I will be able to use that based on their on site documentation which they have. I think we will need help to get a number from them to usein the tests. It's been a while since I've bid on a project though after seeing the first bid on this for $155 in 3 days is extremely overpriced. (Yes this isn't an automated reply) I'll leave you to choose the secondary SMS provider though using their API is really a small amount of work, let me know if you just want some guidance on setting this up.
