Switching EC2 instance from M4 to M5

I have 5+ years of hands on experience in managing different applications/services within the Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud and Digital Ocean platforms. Currently I'm maintaining 10+ production application servers within the AWS cloud. Based on your project description, I understand that you are planning to upgrade your application server. Please share the following information to understand the current situation in detail: 1) Is the existing server working slow at this moment? 2) Does your application has global users ? or only from India? 3) Are you using Amazon RDS as your database engine? or database server is installed on the same server? 4) How many users does your application has at this moment?
