TreePlasm upgrade and data migration

Existing Forestry Tree Breeding App (TreePlasm) written in Python and Django, with MySql - require assistance with migration of some data and adding a module to manage the Intellectual Property and associated periodical invoice and license renewal reminders to TreePlasm. We have the structure and functionality in examples, and this has to be included into TreePlasm. The changes entail: 1. Modify TreePlasm code to include the relationship between the genetic resource (and/ trials testing the resource) with associated IP Agreements, literature, reports, photos and data file links in various file formats 2. Upload the links (data) for the above relationships and migrate the files to function with the links in a client's existing TreePlasm system, hosed in the cloud. 3. Develop an invoicing reminder scheduler functionality for licences, and upload the associated data for the above mentioned client.
