Web scraper developer

I need you to develop some software for me. I need someone to write a program that scrapes info and puts it I to an excel sheet This is the site: [login to view URL] Enter account number 44126 Click search Then click “view details” “Under taxes and assessment details” I need to find the account numbers that have $$$ under amount due. This example shows in 2016 they owe $0 And in 2017 they owe $0 So I need the program to cut and paste the amount the owe and put it onto an excel sheet with the accounts information The columns in excel need to have the following Account number Owner name and address amount due Mailing address Assessed value Then run the program on account numbers 000001 and go all the way to 999999 I will pay $100 for this program to be written and you to email me the excel spread sheet with all this info If this project works well I have 12 more account websites that I need programs written for.
