I would like to hire a Software Developer

I need a developer to create a software application which uses the instagram api to track statistics about larger instagram accounts. The software should allow the user to be able to search a keyword and results showing instagram accounts related to that keyword should appear. The software must also be able to allow the user to filter the search to instagram accounts with over 100k followers, 200k followers 300k followers etc. The software should also be user friendly. The software should be designed so that the user gets a 14 day trial with the software and can upgrade to a $29 a month plan if they wish.
