You can use the WinRT API if you like. I can work with you to test with my device on this end. Everything must be in C++ and will be used in an existing Qt project. The project will be considered complete when; 1. You have provided a C++ class that compiles on Windows 10. 2. The class advertises a service. 3. The class is able to have the UUIDs and advertising name set set (hard coded is fine). 4. The class can receive data from the connected device. Ultimately I want to use the class in a much bigger Qt application on Windows 10. Any questions, let me know.

I am a qt programmer and I have developed windows hrv project using bluetooth My problem was qt bluetooth classes doesnt work on windows and no other c++ source for windows 10 bluetooth.. But with 10+ days working, I have solved that project and my app works well with bluetooth(ble) on windows 10. I think I can share my experience for your project. Thanks
