Write some software

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed using Javascript. I require a phantomjs script writing that can simply load up a web page, enter a value in the postcode field, wait for the address drop down to load, select an address, enter some mandatory values and submit the form, displaying the results page.

The starting url is [login to view URL]

- Enter/type Wa166hp as the postcode and this loads the addresses.

- Select the first in the address list.

- select I know how much I spend radio button

- enter 5000 and select year from the drop down list

Then click the continue button to display the results page.

Phantomjs is a headless browser [login to view URL]

I need this to run as a command line on windows.
