Write some software

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows . Hello there, I have an IP ANPR (LPR) camera that recognises number plates, and opens a barrier. Currently, to add a registration plate onto the cameras memory (to trigger the barrier once recognised), we need to do the following: Open a presaved excel document. (the camera provides the initial template - currently saved to desktop) Insert car registration number on the next line down into excel document Save excel document (overwrite) Open internet browser and go to cameras IP address Log into camera GUI navigate through the cameras menus to access the whitelist page Click browse Select file click import. The reg is now saved in the camera, and it will now open the barrier when a car with that reg drives up to the barrier. It is a long winded way of doing this, and am looking for a way to speed this up. What I would like is this to be automated. Ideally into a exe file on the desktop, where It promps me to enter the reg (and if possible a expiry date so it can auto delete!) and then be able to press ok - and it "syncs" with the camera.
