I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows . I would like to have an online software that takes a picture of a womans face and allow her to choose lipstick colors— that will allow her to see what lipstick color is great match for her complexion— but she can also choose several lipsticks and mix it together to create a new personalixed color— the software will track the % of colors used in making her new lipstick color
