Hi, Please ignore my bid offer for now, I'm not making you an offer, I just wanted to send you a message to let you know where i've tried on this. I've been looking at the files you need converting and i've downloaded the ESM software from Schubert, The software without it's licence is pretty useless unfortunately and i cannot in any way open the original hsf files. They are encrypted as you suspected. the format hsf itself is a standard Hoops Stream File format and I've tried alternative polygonal extraction tools by the likes of Okino and NuGraph to try and convert the data into a different 3D entity, but it's just not possible i'm afraid due to the encryption the ESM software has put on the files. Our only way to start looking at doing this is to first look at getting the ESM software working so we can open the models in that environment. the software will run its decryption and we should then have the ability to extract the models out to a different format compatible with Solidworks. By coming on to here for a freelancer for help, am i to assume you can't retrieve a working copy of the ESM software? I'll work with you on this project if you're able to assist on the ESM software.
