Telegram Competition Bot The bot should assist in following sequence of actions: 1. A user presses a button if he wants to take part in a contest 2. Bot automatically adds him to the list of participants which is publicly available 3. Each participant in the list gets a thumbs up button 4. A participant asks friends to vote for him (only the votes of those users who became the members of the channel after the start of the contest are counted) 5. In the end of the contest bot chooses a winner following the principle of lottery (1 voice = 1 lottery ticket)
