Debug "Update" SQL script

I have upload files to the project file page. with 3 related tables with it's DDL file. "Result_file" are results to show you what happen after update script runs and what does source data looks like.
the whole point for this script is to update "pre_project_code" when it matched the case. This script does 99..97% correct for all other data .. but for this one is a mistake and I need to know why and hope you can find out why (see "issue_jpg")

Hello, How should that column data looks like? I saw the picture that you mention, the one with error., but I don't know what type of data should contain the column PROJECT_DATA. Can you tell me that? Maybe is just an เพิ่มเติม
