I can do this for you. I doubt this will take very long depending on the number of entities we end up dealing with. In addition, I have a database first framework that generates front end behaviors based on the database. This would be a good way to see how your application behaves before you commit to the final relational schema. My approach would be to abstract the unnormalized data into a conceptual Entity Relationship Diagram and then create the relational model ( The structure you would be using for your application ). I can provide the structure as a MySQL script with all the referential integrity constraints coded if you wish. In addition I can advise on DB engines, backup strategies and other database "stuff".
