I have 20 years experience with MS Excel/Access/VBA: databases, finance, statistics, accounting, CRM etc.
Any code I provide is well structured and commented, client gets whole access and rights for the code I made. Warranty covers any bugs detected later.
I do know how to arrange a loop through all records like you meant, while as for Gmail - it is a bit another story, it requires quit complex authentifucation. So, I'd suggest to tume Outlook to work via Gmail, and then use Outlook - it is much simpler.
