I have been architecting solution using ERP and some of the activities there related to Data analysis from the purpose of Migration and Integration, both of which involved understanding existing code / data, purpose, limitations etc, hence I believe I can deliver the value for your project.
This project calls for good skills related to Oracle database, SQL and Pl/SQL
It needs capabilities to detail approach, highlight potential challenges / limitations, workarounds, if any,
I have worked for over 25 years and used Oracle7 to Oracle 12c, delivered solution on Oracle ERP (Oracle 11i / R12 etc) from over last 20 years.
