Waterproof Cotton-like material wearable & breathable

Hello, We are a UK based startup company, we have taken the initial steps of creating a logo and have come up with an idea. We're still in the development phase of the idea which is why we've decided to contact manufacturers through Freelancer who can possibly provide the product. We have won funding via a local Dragon's Den contest which will help keep this project going and give us a good source income to get out product out on the market. We are intending on opening the business via the internet the begin with which will involve social media marketing and an online shop. We have some very committed and skilled individuals working within the team to help design and keep the project up to date and fresh on the market. The product we are wanting is a thin, breathable and wearable cotton/cotton-like material approx 1m squared. Available in different colours and designs (hopefully personalised designs a little later on). One catch though, the material needs to be 'waterproof'. We have committed many hours in researching to find the ideal way of waterproofing standard cotton material using various liquids. Another aspect we want to look into is contacting textiles manufacturers who can produce material as stated above makes it easier for us to buy in bulk and can guarantee what we're after. Therefore, we want to put the challenge out there to all textile manufacturers to provide a solution for a 1 meter squared fabric which is: - Waterproof - Wearable - Breathable - Thin - & custom designable Finally, we have categorised this project as a "Micro Project", this is just for the initial product sample. If anyone is successful in providing us with a thin waterproof cotton-like material, we will need bulks made. Thank you for taking your time in reading the above.
